How do I remove Window Monkey if I don't want to buy it?
You can remove Window Monkey the same way you'd remove any other Macintosh control panel.
Just throw it in the trash can and restart:
- Open the Control Panels folder by choosing Control Panels from the Apple menu.
- Locate the Window Monkey icon.
- Drag the Window Monkey icon into the trash can.
- Choose Restart from the Finder's Special menu.
You may also want to remove the two Window Monkey-related files in your Preferences folder.
It won't do any harm to leave them there, but throwing them away saves a bit of disk space:
- Open the Preferences folder, inside your System Folder.
- Drag the files named "Window Monkey Folder Info" and "Window Monkey Preferences" into the trash can.
