For most of our programs, the serial number we send is coded to your name. This means that you have to type the name exactly as shown in the instructions, or the serial number won't be accepted.

For example, if you type "Bill Clinton" when you're entering the serial number, but you paid using the name "William J. Clinton", the serial number won't work.

Punctuation and capitalization don't matter, but initials and spelling do make a difference. For the exact name to type, refer to the original instructions we sent when you paid.
