I paid for a program, then I reinstalled it. Why is it asking me to pay again? You simply need to reenter your serial number. When you download a program from our Web site, it always starts off in "trial" mode. Entering your serial number converts it into a registered copy that does not display payment reminder messages. The serial number is then stored on your disk, so the program always knows that it is registered. If you switch to a new computer and copy the program to that computer, or you reformat your disk and install a fresh copy, the program won't be able to find the serial number and won't think it's registered. Simply enter your serial number again to make it registered. You can use the same serial number and instructions we sent you originally — you don't need to get a new serial number from us.
