Do you send a disk when I order?

We don't send our programs on disk, because everything we could send you is already available from our Web site. This means you don't need to worry about shipping charges and delays, or misplacing the disk.

If you have a system crash or other problem that requires you to reinstall the software, it's better to download the free upgrade to the latest version from our Web site, even if you do have a saved copy of the program.

Some people are concerned about what would happen if we were to go out of business, or you couldn't find our Web site. In the unlikely event that were to happen, there are hundreds of other sites on the Web that store copies of the latest version of each program, so you would still be able to download it from another location with a quick Web search.

If you choose to buy one of our programs, we do send a serial number that works with any copy of the program — even if you have a complete system crash and have to download a new copy and install it, the same serial number will work just fine.
