Unfortunately, if you have Helium's "Hide the Help Menu" option turned on, it interferes with the way Menuette detects blank space in the menu bar. This makes it impossible to control-click in a blank area of the menu bar to get the context sensitive menu.

The easiest solution is to turn off Helium's "Hide the Help Menu" option and let Menuette replace the Help menu with a nice little icon instead.
