We love getting bulbs! However, for legal and other reasons, we must reject any bulbs that:

• Use trademarked images, such as characters from the Simpsons or South Park.
• Do not contain a valid person's name, or company name, in the copyright message.
• Do not contain a valid contact e-mail address for the author.
• Are of an adult nature.
• Are marked as "author unknown", "found on the Web", or another situation where the copyright owner is unclear.
• Do not appeal to the general public, such as a bulb containing a picture of a non-public figure.
• Are very large (anything more than 100 x 50 pixels tends to generate complaints, because they use a lot of RAM which can crash or slow down some computers).
